Our high-quality polyester round slings are the ideal lifting solution for a variety of applications. Using polyester to produce the round sling provides exceptional lifting capacity without adding unnecessary weight, making handling and transportation easier. Each sling is color-coded (up to 10t) according to its weight capacity, making it easy to select the right sling for the job.
We don't send anything by standard post, all of our deliveries are by trusted couriers to ensure safe receipt of your orders.

We will endeavour to ship all orders placed by 1pm the same working day.

Please be aware that some of our products have a lead time due to being specialist products.
Should your item be on a non-standard delivery basis we will contact you to schedule delivery (please note this varies with some items being on a 2-3 week lead time).
Collection of most goods can be made from our warehouse upon request.

When returning products, please take note of the following guidelines:
• All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
• Returns should not be sent directly to our office. Please contact us for the appropriate return address.
• You must confirm the return with us before sending the items back.
• A Returns Authorization Code (RAC) is required before returning any items. Please contact us for the RAC.
• When contacting us about a return, kindly provide your invoice post code and the reason for the return.
• Returned or cancelled items are subject to a handling fee of at least 15% of the original price (excluding shipping). This fee can go up to 50%, unless the item is custom-made (please see custom return policy).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. If returning an item for an exchange with a different price, we will either refund the price difference (minus the handling fee) or request the difference if the new item costs more.
• We charge a handling fee of 15%-50% for non-faulty returns, which is a fee passed on from our suppliers. This fee is not a source of profit for us.
• Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or, if still unsuitable, a full refund.
• Custom-built products, such as chain hoists or made-to-order items, may incur a return or restocking fee of up to 100%.
• Spare parts are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• We cannot exchange or accept returns of made-to-order lifting slings that were incorrectly ordered by the customer. If the event the wrong items are supplied (by us), we will gladly replace them.
• Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been opened, used, or marked.
• If returned items are believed to be used, management will assess their condition and consult the manufacturers before making a decision. Further details about this process are available upon request.

We offer warranties on many of our products, subject to brand and usage (it is not possible to provide warranties within some harsh use conditions). If you need more information about a warranty or have any product related questions, please contact our team.
