It was redesigned from the ground up to be not only easier to use but safer. Brimming with safety features, including the side-mounted stabiliser bars that keep you level, no matter what the ground you’re working from looks like. The Tip & Glide™ wheels help you move the ladder quickly from job to job. Like all Little Giant Ladders, the Conquest All-Terrain is designed to help you work quickly and effectively, since it can be used in multiple positions. Use the Conquest in the stepladder, extension, staircase, 90-degree or trestle-and-plank scaffolding positions, depending on the needs of the job.
Palm Buttons
Move from storage to A-frame to extension ladder configurations by pushing the ladder’s palm buttons.
Rapid Locks
Gently twist the Rapid Locks, and then slide the stiles of the ladder to the desired size. Twist the Rapid Lock once more to lock the ladder stiles in place.
Side-Mounted Stabiliser Bars
New to the UK, side-mounted stabiliser bars are independent of each other, so can be used to level the ladder on uneven ground.
Swivel Feet
Use on the rubber moulded foot on flat, smooth surfaces or swivel into a ‘claw’ position that offers substantial grip in all weather and on hard and soft ground.

Should your item be on a non-standard delivery basis we will contact you to schedule delivery (please note this varies with some items being on a 2-3 week lead time).
Collection of most goods can be made from our warehouse upon request.

When returning products, please take note of the following guidelines:
• All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
• Returns should not be sent directly to our office. Please contact us for the appropriate return address.
• You must confirm the return with us before sending the items back.
• A Returns Authorization Code (RAC) is required before returning any items. Please contact us for the RAC.
• When contacting us about a return, kindly provide your invoice post code and the reason for the return.
• Returned or cancelled items are subject to a handling fee of at least 15% of the original price (excluding shipping). This fee can go up to 50%, unless the item is custom-made (please see custom return policy).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. If returning an item for an exchange with a different price, we will either refund the price difference (minus the handling fee) or request the difference if the new item costs more.
• We charge a handling fee of 15%-50% for non-faulty returns, which is a fee passed on from our suppliers. This fee is not a source of profit for us.
• Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or, if still unsuitable, a full refund.
• Custom-built products, such as chain hoists or made-to-order items, may incur a return or restocking fee of up to 100%.
• Spare parts are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• We cannot exchange or accept returns of made-to-order lifting slings that were incorrectly ordered by the customer. If the event the wrong items are supplied (by us), we will gladly replace them.
• Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been opened, used, or marked.
• If returned items are believed to be used, management will assess their condition and consult the manufacturers before making a decision. Further details about this process are available upon request.
