Sala Advanced Side Entry Davit Arm Systems
The Sala Advanced Side Entry Davit Arm System is designed for Confined Space entry / retrieval and rescue operations involving horizontal entries with vertical positioning or retrieval required inside the space.
The Sala Side Entry Davit Arm System works in principle the same as the rest of Sala Davit Arm family of products, but with the added benefit of allowing safe access and egress from the side of a confined space, specifically vessels. Most Davit systems allow entry from the top of the confined space, where the unique feature of the Sala Side Entry Davit allows entry from above and frpm the side or mid point entry.
The Sala Side Entry Davit Arm works in conjunction with a Digital Winch and / or a Self Retracting Lifeline c/w Rescue Winch, these are available with the system but are sold separately, and specified to each individual confined space.
