Bespoke Lifting Beam

TRI Industrial Services Ltd designs and manufactures a bespoke lifting beam c/w hooks that has a built in safety catch that is operated by a latching mechanism fitted to the end of the beam.
The beam is to be used within a machine where a traditional safety catch arrangement could not be operated from the outside. TRI Industrial Services were tasked by the client to solve the issue of providing a hook with a safety catch.
With this in mind, TRI’s design team worked to incorporate a separate latching mechanism that is driven from the outside of the machine to operate the safety catches within to allow a safe lift both in and out of the machine.
